Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Total Inventory Pro platform, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Purposix ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Subscription Plans

The Service is offered on Starter, Growth, and Pro tiers for each product line, billed monthly or yearly. Yearly plans are billed upfront and equate to 10 months of the monthly price ("save 2 months"). All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST/VAT) unless explicitly stated.

3. Payments & Payment Processors

We use third-party payment processors to collect fees. By making a payment, you also agree to the terms and policies of the relevant processor:

• Stripe — for international card payments (USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SGD, AUD, CAD and more).
• Razorpay — for payments in India, including UPI, net-banking, cards, and wallets.
• Cashfree — as an alternative Indian payment gateway for UPI, cards, and net-banking.

We do not store full card or bank account details on our servers. Disputes, chargebacks, or failed transactions are handled in coordination with the relevant processor in accordance with their rules. Recurring subscriptions are auto-renewed using the mandate registered with the chosen processor until cancelled by you.

4. License & Acceptable Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and timely payment of fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your internal business operations. You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer the Service; (b) use it to send unlawful or infringing content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access; or (d) resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

5. Customer Data & Confidentiality

You retain all rights to data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. We will treat Customer Data as confidential and apply industry-standard safeguards.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever practical.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use. Refund eligibility on termination is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product banner. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
